Methodology
  • Identification of people to be separated from the company
  • Study of their skill sets, strengths and weaknesses
  • Attempt by FOCUS to find alternate jobs before the separation is announced without the explicit knowledge of the candidate
  • Counseling of candidates after separation on an ongoing basis
